Message of Congratulations
To the Central Committee of the UJC Brazil
On the occasion of the 10th Congress of the UJC – the youth organization of the Brazilian Communist Party –, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the Vietnamese Youth would like to extend our warmest congratulations and fraternal greetings.
We are very pleased to acknowledge that the 10th Congress of the UJC will take place from November 20 to 23, 2025, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. We highly appreciate the goals of action and firmly believe that the Congress will not only serve as an occasion to discuss political orientations and outline a revolutionary program committed to building socialism in Brazil, but also as an opportunity to promote political awareness and further expand the communist youth movement across the country.
We firmly believe that, under the leadership of the Brazilian Communist Party, the UJC will continue to grow stronger and achieve greater successes in the coming term, contributing actively to the development of the World Federation of Democratic Youth.
We wish the 10th Congress of the UJC great success and the friendship between our two communist youth organizations ever stronger and more fruitful.

Por ocasião do 10º Congresso da UJC – a organização juvenil do Partido Comunista Brasileiro –, a União da Juventude Comunista Ho Chi Minh e a Juventude Vietnamita desejam expressar suas mais calorosas felicitações e saudações fraternas.
Estamos muito satisfeitos em saber que o 10º Congresso da UJC ocorrerá de 20 a 23 de novembro de 2025, no Rio de Janeiro, Brasil. Apreciamos profundamente os objetivos de ação e acreditamos firmemente que o Congresso não apenas servirá como uma ocasião para debater orientações políticas e delinear um programa revolucionário comprometido com a construção do socialismo no Brasil, mas também como uma oportunidade para promover a consciência política e expandir ainda mais o movimento juvenil comunista em todo o país.
Acreditamos firmemente que, sob a liderança do Partido Comunista Brasileiro, a UJC continuará a se fortalecer e alcançar maiores êxitos no próximo mandato, contribuindo ativamente para o desenvolvimento da Federação Mundial da Juventude Democrática.
